GUITAR SHAPES

When you take a first look at the model range of our guitars, you will immediately realize that they have been developed from one prototype - that is the traditional Spanish guitar style with its soft curvaceous shape (rather than the equally popular sandhour-like shape with its rather straight shoulders). Along with the Latemar spruce tops and the traditional Spanish luthier technique we use, our guitars have become voices of their own.

Thomas Guitars currently offers four different body shapes ranging from our Double 0 up to the Grand Orchestra, our Jumbo size.

Our models are listed below from smallest to largest.

Double 0

The Double 0 is the smallest and most intimate model size in our lineup. With its well-proportioned shape it is especially comfortable to hold and play.

As small as it may seem, it has a stunningly strong voice, which is well-balanced between the registers, complemented by a dry and articulate attack with more sustainability and low-end definition than you would typically expect to find in an instrument of this size.

All in all our Double O is a highly versatile instrument equally suited for fingerstyle, flatpicking and songwriting
